Fords Garage

Ian Miller

Ford’s Garage, they make good cars but how is the food? Well the food is actually amazing. An example is their burgers. They are nice and juicy and can either be made medium, medium rare, and well done. Most of the burgers are made on a Brioche Bun, but some are made with a European Pretzel Bun. Out of all the burgers I ate there I recommend there Ford Signature. A meat patty on a Brioche Bun topped with lettuce, tomato, red onion, sharp cheddar, with an apple smoked bacon, topped with their delicious Bourbon BBQ sauce.

What If you’re in the mood for some salad. Well they have those in spades. Their salad taste amazing and are great for you. They have some traditional salads, and some different. I recommend their Southwest Salmon Salad. Made with an 8oz Norweigen Atlantic Salmon, Romaine Lettuce, Black Beans, Corn, Tomatoes, Crispy Tortilla Strips, Cheddar Cheese, and Cilantro, with a delicious Southwestern Dressing.

Their restaurants decor is amazing and beautiful, with old Ford cars inside on display, and pictures of old Ford cars as well, with car parts being part of the decor. Their tables and chairs are made of a glossy wood. Everywhere you walk your reminds you of Ford history. It’s like eating inside a Ford car museum. Just a beautiful ambiance.

The waiters and staff there are all welcoming and amazing. They are respectful and nice. They give great information on recommendations, and there always down to help with something.

I recommend you go to Ford’s Garage for a family night out, it will be an unforgettable night, with amazing food, great staff, and beautiful decor.
